FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to important questions about my remote energy work
How does a remote session with you work?
Each session lasts 60 minutes and follows five structured phases:
Preparation, energetic connection, clearing, focused remote work, and integration.
You don’t need to do anything actively — just relax and receive.
Do I need to be in a specific place during the session?
Ideally, you should be somewhere quiet and undisturbed, where you can relax.
You may lie down, sit comfortably, or even fall asleep.
What matters is that you remain open and present — without expectation or pressure.
What might I feel during or after the session?
Many people report inner calm, warmth, tingling, lightness, or emotional release.
However, it’s also possible to feel very little — even then, the energy is working.
The effects may be immediate or unfold in the days that follow.
Can symptoms get worse temporarily?
Yes, that can happen. It is known as a healing response.
Your system is adjusting to the energetic shift before new balance sets in.
Give yourself plenty of rest and care during this time.
How often can I book a remote session?
As often as you like — as long as each session focuses on one central topic.
You may add up to two extra topics, each with 30 minutes of additional time.
What does a remote session cost?
A 60-minute remote session costs € 90.
Each additional topic (30 minutes) costs € 30.
You’ll find all details on the Energy Exchange page.
What is the "Positive Energy Day"?
Once a week, I transmit 15 minutes of pure positive energy to up to five participants.
This session is free, one-time only, and not tailored to individual themes.
It’s a gentle way to get to know my work.

Do you provide feedback after a session?
No. My work happens on a subtle, energetic level.
I offer no evaluations, feedback, or diagnoses.
The afterglow is yours — you're invited to feel into it in your own time and way.
Are there topics you do not work with?
Yes. I reserve the right to decline topics that are not in alignment with my ethical or spiritual values.
