General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by:

The services offered serve exclusively as energetic-spiritual guidance and consciousness work.

By booking an appointment, these terms and conditions are deemed accepted.

2. Services Offered

The following services are offered:

• Resonance Questions
• Clearing
• Aureon Focus
• Aureon Flow

All services are provided exclusively on an energetic and spiritual level.

The services explicitly do not constitute medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, or healthcare treatment.

2a. Blue Ray, Green Ray and Aureon

The work with the frequencies Blue Ray and Green Ray, as well as the energetic forms Aureon Focus and Aureon Flow, takes place exclusively on an energetic and consciousness-based level.

Blue Ray serves energetic clarification, stabilization, and the restoration of order within the energetic field.

Green Ray supports regeneration, harmonization, and the natural self-regulation of the system.

Aureon Focus provides intentionally directed energetic support.

Aureon Flow describes a free, non-directed energy flow that adapts individually to the recipient's energetic system.

The described effects do not constitute medical claims and do not imply any guarantee of results.

3. Appointments

Appointments are arranged individually.

The Provider reserves the right to postpone or cancel appointments for important reasons.

In such cases, an alternative appointment will be arranged.

4. Remote Sessions

The services are primarily provided as remote sessions.

The client expressly agrees that the energetic work takes place independently of physical distance.

The quality of the energetic support is not dependent upon physical presence.

5. Client Participation

The client agrees to provide truthful information and to participate responsibly in the process.

Conscious inner openness supports the energetic work.

The client remains fully responsible for themselves at all times.

6. Personal Responsibility

All services are used voluntarily and at the client's own responsibility.

The Provider assumes no responsibility for the client's decisions, actions, or personal life changes.

The implementation of insights and impulses remains solely the responsibility of the client.

7. Medical Disclaimer

The services offered do not replace medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, or other healthcare treatment.

The Provider:

• does not make diagnoses
• does not provide medical predictions
• does not give healing promises

In the case of health concerns, appropriately qualified healthcare professionals should be consulted.

Ongoing medical or therapeutic treatments should not be interrupted or altered.

The work with Blue Ray, Green Ray, Aureon Focus, and Aureon Flow takes place exclusively on an energetic and spiritual level.

No claims are made regarding medical effects, healing outcomes, or therapeutic results.

Perceptions, energetic impressions, and subjective experiences do not constitute medical findings or diagnoses.

8. Resonance Questions

During Resonance Questions, perceptions arise without knowledge of the actual question.

The information received does not constitute factual statements, diagnoses, or predictions of the future.

It serves exclusively for energetic perception and spiritual orientation.

9. Energetic Resolutions

Energetic resolutions, spontaneous healings, or personal changes cannot be guaranteed.

Whether an energetic resolution occurs depends solely upon the individual process.

The effects of Blue Ray, Green Ray, Aureon Focus, and Aureon Flow may be experienced differently by each individual and are not predictable or guaranteed.

10. Energy Exchange and Payment

The agreed energy exchange is payable before the session by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.

11. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

For later cancellations or non-attendance, the agreed energy exchange may be charged.

12. Liability

The Provider shall only be liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

The Provider assumes no liability for subjective perceptions, personal decisions, or individual developments of the client.

13. Copyright

All content, texts, concepts, and materials provided by the Provider are protected by copyright.

Any distribution, publication, or reproduction requires prior written permission.

14. Data Protection

Personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

Further information can be found in the Privacy Policy.

15. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Austrian law shall apply exclusively, excluding the conflict-of-law provisions of private international law and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For business clients, the place of jurisdiction shall be Vienna.

For consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction under Austrian consumer protection law shall apply.

16. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes closest to the intended economic purpose.
